He is also charged for investment fraud and money laundering. Starr was awaiting an initial appearance in federal court in <strong>Manhattan<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Starr is a financial adviser to celebrities including <strong>Sylvester Stallone<\/strong> and <strong>Wesley Snipes<\/strong>.
