Eight pound newborn Joseph Phillips was born literally behind the wheel as his mother gave birth in the driver\u2019s seat.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;We knew the Cobalt was designed to deliver its occupants safely, but never did we expect a delivery quite like this,\u201d said Margaret Brooks, Chevrolet product marketing director, Small Cars and Crossovers.  \u201cFrom everyone at Chevrolet, we\u2019d like to congratulate Amanda and Joseph on the newest addition to their family.
