{"id":582112,"date":"2010-05-27T16:11:51","date_gmt":"2010-05-27T20:11:51","guid":{"rendered":"16555 at http:\/\/www.precentral.net"},"modified":"2010-05-27T16:11:51","modified_gmt":"2010-05-27T20:11:51","slug":"palm-users-report-vastly-improved-in-store-att-experiences","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mereja.media\/index\/582112","title":{"rendered":"Palm users report vastly improved in-store AT&amp;T experiences"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"rtecenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"500\" height=\"271\" class=\"lightbox2\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/www.precentral.net\/sites\/precentral.net\/files\/articleimages\/76010\/2010\/05\/attstore.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Palm&#8217;s poorly executed launch on Verizon Wireless was undoubtedly the final nail in the coffin in what forced the company to evaluate its options and subsequently find a <a href=\"http:\/\/admin.precentral.net\/hp-buys-palm\">buyer in HP<\/a>. &nbsp;One oft-cited reason cited for that launch going south was the lack support and enthusiasm from Verizon&#8217;s sales staff as reported by many new Pre Plus and Pixi Plus users on that carrier.<\/p>\n<p>Palm has seemingly learned its lesson, as things have drastically improved with the company&#8217;s launch on AT&amp;T. &nbsp;PreCentral forum members <a href=\"http:\/\/forums.precentral.net\/gsm-pre\/246966-hows-att-store-experiance.html\">are reporting<\/a> that the sales staff have been highly knowledgeable, well-trained and enthusiastic about Palm&#8217;s products, to the point that many are saying that there were no attempts to dissuade their purchase of a Pre Plus with talk of other popular smartphones on the network.
