Singer Alicia Keys<\/strong> will soon be mother and wife.\u00a0The representative and boyfriend\u00a0of the artist, the 29-year-old producer Swizz Beatz<\/strong> has confirmed to People.com that they are engaged and expecting their first child together.<\/p>\n

Keys <\/strong>and Beatz <\/strong>“are expecting a baby and are committed to marry later this year in a private ceremony,” explained the representative.\u00a0The announcement came after the musicians attended the 2010 Keep a Child Alive Black Ball, in London on Thursday.<\/p>\n

In addition, a friend of the couple told Us Magazine that both Keys <\/strong>and Beatz <\/strong>“are very happy.”<\/p>\n
