{"id":58804,"date":"2009-12-02T02:19:05","date_gmt":"2009-12-02T07:19:05","guid":{"rendered":"tag:www.vegan-food.net:\/\/cc781fb6d316b41731d1c0e5303f508f"},"modified":"2009-12-02T02:19:05","modified_gmt":"2009-12-02T07:19:05","slug":"vegetable-bulgur-grains-bulghur","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mereja.media\/index\/58804","title":{"rendered":"Vegetable Bulgur( Grains &#8211; Bulghur )"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Daily Random Recipe<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>INGREDIENTS:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul><UL><\/p>\n<li>3 leek stalks, sliced\n<li>1\/2 head broccoli, sliced\n<li>Packet of mushrooms, sliced\n<li>Curry powder\n<li>Couple T dark miso\n<li>Splash of vinegar\n<li>1\/2 L \/ 1 pint vegetable juice (bought in the store, made from different kinds of vegetables)\n<li>3 dl \/ 300 ml \/ 10 fl oz water\n<li>4 dl \/ 400 ml \/ 13.5 fl oz bulgur<\/UL>\n<\/ul>\n<p \/><strong>METHOD:<\/strong><br \/>I sliced the leek stalks, broccoli and a packet of a kind of<br \/>\nmushrooms, then I fried it with some curry, the dark<br \/>\nmiso and just a little splash of vinegar. Having done that I added half the<br \/>\nvegetable juice (bought in the store, made from different kinds of vegetables),<br \/>\nwater and bulgur (half as much bulgur as liquid) and let it simmer for 10 minutes or so.<\/p>\n<p \/><strong>NOTES:<\/strong><br \/>This is not really a recipe, as much as a trick I just found<br \/>\nout which turned out so good that I thought I&#8217;d tell you about it.<br \/>\nI normally don&#8217;t make an improvised dish twice, but the basic idea<br \/>\nworks great here.
