However, in a bit of a surprise, the court has pointed out that <a href=\"http:\/\/torrentfreak.com\/court-refuses-to-order-shutdown-of-openbittorrent-091202\/?utm_source=feedburner&#038;utm_medium=feed&#038;utm_campaign=Feed%3A%20Torrentfreak%20%28Torrentfreak%29\" >it&#8217;s a big stretch to hold the ISP liable<\/a> without more evidence, and has refused to order the shutdown of OpenBitTorrent.
