Dubbed the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.boligplus.org\/\">Bolig+<\/a>, the design maximizes sun exposure, while protecting the building from unnecessary heat gain.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.instablogsimages.com\/images\/2009\/12\/03\/bolig_2_VCoLc_69.jpg\" alt=\"bolig_2\"\/><\/p>\n<p>With construction expected to being next year, the Bolig+ will ensure maximum use of daylight to illuminate the interiors and also generate solar energy that will be used to power the building.
