In reality, it almost never happens, which is why these visitors found themselves nearly speechless on Tuesday, when <a href=\"http:\/\/www.whitehouse.gov\/blog\/2013\/01\/23\/surprise-president-and-mrs-obama-greet-white-house-tour-bo-was-there-too\">three of the Obamas surprised them with an impromptu welcome in the Blue Room<\/a>.
