Clearview Capital<\/strong> has exited its investment in Hillsdale Furniture<\/strong>, selling the company to an investor group led by Brookside Equity Partners<\/strong> and management. Louisville, Kentucky-based Hillsdale is a designer, importer and marketer of residential furniture. Clearview\u2019s investment in Hillsdale was made through a 2002 vintage fund. Terms were not released.<\/p>\n

\nClearview Capital, LLC of Old Greenwich, CT has successfully exited its investment in Hillsdale Furniture, LLC (\u201cHillsdale\u201d), with the sale of the company to an investor group led by Brookside Equity Partners and management.
\nBased in Louisville, KY, Hillsdale is a designer, importer and marketer of residential furniture.

\nClearview\u2019s investment in Hillsdale was made through a 2002 vintage fund which is nearly fully realized. Clearview is now investing through Clearview Capital Fund II,

\nGreen, Holcomb & Fisher served as financial advisor and Loeb & Loeb, LLP served as legal advisor to Hillsdale.
