Demand Media announced today that its domain registrar eNom’s Top Level Domain (TLD) program is included in the latest version of Parallels Plesk Panel and in Parallels Domain Name Network. <\/p>\n

\u201cThe Internet is undergoing an historic change, and our valuable relationship with eNom enables us to provide solutions and information to educate customers who want to be on the forefront of this revolution,\u201d said John Zanni, VP of marketing and alliances for Parallels. \u201cAccess to the new TLD space will tremendously benefit our customers, and eNom makes this possible.\u201d<\/p>\n

Parallels customers will be able to participate in “all aspects of the initial phases” of the new TLD launch, the two companies say. That means during the “sunrise” and “landrush” periods. <\/p>\n

\u201cThe excitement around new TLDs is growing, and our integration with Parallels helps validate this,\u201d said Chris Sheridan, VP of business development for eNom. \u201cThrough these integrations, we\u2019re opening up the opportunity for a new group of businesses and consumers to become actively involved in the innovative new TLD market. eNom\u2019s session on new TLDs is aimed at educating attendees on this exciting time for the web.\u201d<\/p>\n

The services, called \u201ceNom New TLD Extension for Parallels Plesk Panel\u201d, will be available through the Server Management Extensions in the Service Provider interface or from the Parallels Partner Products site.<\/p>\n

Sheridan will be speaking about the new TLDs program at Parallels Summit next week in Vegas. <\/p>\n
