Power and Associates announced that for the fourth consecutive year <a href=\"http:\/\/bgr.com\/tag\/verizon\">Verizon<\/a> (<a href=\"http:\/\/finance.yahoo.com\/q?s=vz\">VZ<\/a>) is <a href=\"http:\/\/www.jdpower.com\/content\/press-release\/lyD2xnz\/2013-u-s-wireless-customer-care-full-service-performance-study-volume-1-and-the-2013-u-s-wireless-customer-care-non-contract-performance-study-volume-1.htm\">the top national wireless provider<\/a> when it comes to customer care. Verizon took the lead from T-Mobile in 2010 and hasn&#8217;t looked back since. The firm found that the carrier&#8217;s automated phone service and representatives are superior to its competitors. Verizon scored 766 points out of a possible 1,000, ahead of <a href=\"http:\/\/bgr.com\/tag\/att\">AT&amp;T<\/a> (<a href=\"http:\/\/finance.yahoo.com\/q?s=t\">T<\/a>), <a href=\"http:\/\/bgr.com\/tag\/sprint\">Sprint<\/a> (<a href=\"http:\/\/finance.yahoo.com\/q?s=s\">S<\/a>), and T-Mobile who scored 759, 746, and 715 points, respectively. The study also found that MetroPCS (<a href=\"http:\/\/finance.yahoo.com\/q?s=pcs\">PCS<\/a>) had the highest overall wireless customer care satisfaction among non-contract carriers, with an overall score of 733. J.D.
