Be it the World Island or the Palm Islands, Dubai has proved that it can enrich itself with modern architecture to attract people with deep pockets.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.instablogsimages.com\/images\/2009\/12\/05\/kezhma-island_2_acbH5_69.jpg\" alt=\"kezhma island_2\"\/><\/p>\n<p>With no dearth of funds, architects are envisioning next-gen structures that not only will make Dubai a loved tourist destination but also make it a leading example in green design. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.d-earle.com\/\">Dise\u00f1o Earle Architects<\/a> have designed a masterplan for a project dubbed the Kezhma Island.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.instablogsimages.com\/images\/2009\/12\/05\/kezhma-island_3_U74tr_69.jpg\" alt=\"kezhma island_3\"\/><\/p>\n<p>Designed for the World Island, Kezhma Island will serve as a sustainable residential complex, and its budget will be kept to modest levels. The design uses uninterrupted build lines of varying colors and textures in ordered representation of nature.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.instablogsimages.com\/images\/2009\/12\/05\/kezhma-island_4_Rjszu_69.jpg\" alt=\"kezhma island_4\"\/><\/p>\n<p>The sustainable residential complex will make use of water and solar energy to provide power.
