“Stone Temple Pilots have announced they have officially terminated Scott Weiland.” That’s all it said – nothing more. <\/p>\n
According to Rolling Stone<\/a>, the rumors all began a couple of months ago and were perpetuated by Slash. <\/p>\n “Slash doesn’t know anything about STP. We’re talking right now about when we want to tour next,” he told the magazine on Tuesday. <\/p>\n Within the last hour, Weiland issued a statement<\/a> on his Facebook page.
