The decision comes as <a href=\"http:\/\/bgr.com\/2013\/02\/26\/apple-popularity-decline-forbes-344651\/\">something of a surprise<\/a> considering the $250 billion that has been shaved from Apple&#8217;s market cap over the past five months.
