The company had alleged that Apple infringed Samsung&#8217;s 3G wireless patents in various <a href=\"http:\/\/bgr.com\/tag\/iphone\">iPhone<\/a> models, however the Tokyo District Court ruled that Apple did not use Samsung&#8217;s data transmission technology, <a href=\"http:\/\/timesofindia.indiatimes.com\/tech\/tech-news\/hardware\/Samsungs-claim-against-Apple-rejected-by-Japan-court\/articleshow\/18728045.cms\"><em>The Times of India<\/em> reported<\/a>. Apple and Samsung are currently engaged in a patent infringement dispute across 10 countries on five different continents.
