It’s been over one year since Demi Moore<\/a> and Ashton Kutcher<\/a> officially ended their relationship, but the divorce<\/a> process for the two celebrities hasn’t been going smoothly.<\/p>\n

Today, the New York Post’s Page Six is reporting<\/a> that Demi Moore will finally file divorce papers against Kutcher. Citing an unnamed “insider,” the Post goes on to say that Moore is “tired” of settlement talks between the couple, and could bring the divorce to court.<\/p>\n

Kutcher has already filed divorce papers, and the Post’s source dropped the words “difficult” and “hostile” in relation to his attitude during settlement proceedings.<\/p>\n

\u201cAshton made a lot of money after marrying Demi – a lot more than she made – but despite him becoming just as famous through her, he believes he doesn\u2019t owe her that much,\u201d the source said,\u201d adding of Demi: \u201cShe has had enough.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

The paperwork could be filed as soon as today. If a settlement is not reached by this spring, the source states, it could end up going to trial.<\/p>\n
