A UK court ruled that the <a href=\"http:\/\/bgr.com\/tag\/iphone\">iPhone<\/a>\u00a0maker did not unlawfully use Samsung&#8217;s protected technologies in its mobile devices, <a href=\"http:\/\/newsandinsight.thomsonreuters.com\/Legal\/News\/2013\/03_-_March\/Samsung_loses_latest_Apple_patent_suit_in_UK\/\">according to <em>Reuters<\/em><\/a>. The company argued that\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/bgr.com\/tag\/apple\">Apple<\/a> infringed upon three of its patents relating to processing and transmitting data on 3G networks, however all of Samsung&#8217;s claims were dismissed. The decision comes shortly after a\u00a0Tokyo\u00a0courtroom also found that <a href=\"http:\/\/bgr.com\/2013\/02\/28\/samsung-loses-another-patent-trial-to-apple-this-time-in-japan-349108\/\">Apple did not infringe upon the company&#8217;s wireless technology in Japan<\/a>.\u00a0A Samsung spokesperson said the company was disappointed by the court&#8217;s decision and &#8220;upon a thorough review of the judgment we will decide whether to file an appeal.&#8221;<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/feeds.feedburner.com\/~r\/TheBoyGeniusReport\/~4\/RILtbbetC2s\" height=\"1\" width=\"1\"\/><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Apple (AAPL) scored another win against\u00a0Samsung (005930) on Thursday in the latest patent infringement battle between the two companies.
