Linsalata Capital Partner<\/strong>s has promoted Michael Faremouth to managing director and Murad Beg to principal. Faremouth joined the Linsalata in 2005 and serves as Chairman of Stag Parkway Holding Co. Beg joined LinCap in 2008 and his primary responsibilities include acquisition searches, due diligence, negotiations and portfolio company oversight.<\/p>\n

Linsalata Capital Partners (LinCap), a
\nCleveland-based private equity firm, announced today the promotion of Michael
\nJ. Faremouth to Managing Director and Murad A. Beg to Principal.
\nMr. Faremouth joined the firm in 2005 and serves as Chairman of Stag Parkway
\nHolding Company and is a director of Harden Manufacturing, Hospitality Mints
\nHolding Company, and Transpac Holding Company.
\nPrior to joining Linsalata Capital Partners, Faremouth spent two years at the
\nMatco Tools subsidiary of Danaher Corporation. Faremouth began his
\nprofessional career at Ernst & Young where he spent six years successively in
\nAudit then the Litigation Advisory Services practice working with manufacturing
\nand distribution companies rising to the level of Manager.
\nFaremouth has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from
\nthe University of Michigan and an M.B.A. from the Darden School of Business at
\nthe University of Virginia. He is a Certified Public Accountant.
\nMr. Beg joined LinCap in 2008 and his primary responsibilities include acquisition
\nsearches, due diligence, negotiations and portfolio company oversight. He serves
\nas a director of Whitcraft Holdings and is a member of the Eatem Foods
\nCompany’s oversight team.
\nBeg\u2019s prior experience includes 13 years of practicing law, ultimately co-heading
\nthe M&A practice as a partner with Calfee, Halter & Griswold LLP in Cleveland
\ncounseling privately-held, public company and private equity clients with a
\nprimary focus on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, capital raising and other
\ntransaction activities. Prior to joining Calfee, Mr. Beg was associated with the law
\nfirm of Cummings & Lockwood.
\nMr. Beg received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Kenyon College,
\nand he earned a J.D., with honors, from The Pace University School of Law. He
\nserves on the executive committee of Cleveland’s ACG Chapter.
\nLocated in the Cleveland suburb of Mayfield Heights, Ohio, Linsalata Capital
\nPartners was founded in 1984 and has combined its strong financial capabilities
\nwith extensive operational experience to accelerate the growth of middle-market
