It changed the way BlackBerry customers communicate through instant messaging, shared groups and calendars, not to mention <a href=\"http:\/\/blogs.blackberry.com\/2012\/12\/new-bbm-7-voice\/\" >BBM Voice Chat<\/a> and, on BlackBerry 10, <a href=\"http:\/\/blogs.blackberry.com\/2013\/01\/bbm-video-chat-on-blackberry-10\/\" >BBM Video<\/a>.
