First, singer Rihanna this weekend <a href=\"http:\/\/www.webpronews.com\/rihanna-cancels-concert-due-to-laryngitis-2013-03\">cancelled her show in Boston<\/a> due to laryngitis.  Now, it appears that <a href=\"http:\/\/www.webpronews.com\/tag\/justin-bieber\">Justin Bieber<\/a> has cancelled a concert that was scheduled to take place in Portugal tomorrow, March 12.<\/p>\n<p>CBS News is <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cbsnews.com\/8301-207_162-57573539\/justin-bieber-cancels-concert-due-to-unforeseen-circumstances\/\">reporting<\/a> that Bieber&#8217;s second Lisbon, Portugal concert has been cancelled due to &#8220;unforeseen circumstances.&#8221;  Current rumors are pointing to &#8220;logistical issues&#8221; with unions as the reason fro the concert cancellation. After being spotted walking London streets with his shirt off early last week and having shown shown up late for a concert, the pop star went on a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.webpronews.com\/bieber-meltdown-on-twitter-lashes-out-against-fake-stories-2013-03\">Twitter tirade<\/a> against &#8220;rumors&#8221; and &#8220;fake stories.&#8221;  Rumors about the star&#8217;s &#8220;diva-like&#8221; behavior persisted, however, as he collapsed during one of his London shows later in the week.
