Pinterest\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/blog.pinterest.com\/post\/45179268152\/introducing-pinterest-web-analytics\" >wrote in a blog post <\/a>\u00a0that accounts will now be able to monitor clicks and pins around photos:<\/p>\n<blockquote id=\"quote-if-you-have-a%c2%a0v\">\n<p>&#8220;If you have a\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/blog.pinterest.com\/post\/34315137913\/verifying-your-website\" >verified website<\/a>, you\u2019ll get information about how many people have pinned from your site, how many people have seen these pins, and how many people visited your site from Pinterest. We\u2019ll also show you a selection of your most repinned, most clicked, and most recent pins so you have a better idea of what\u2019s popular. For example, if you have a travel blog, you\u2019ll be able to see whether people are pinning your ski vacation posts or beach vacation posts more.&#8221;<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Pinterest\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/gigaom.com\/2013\/02\/20\/pinterest-raises-200-million-in-new-funding-company-now-valued-at-2-5-billion\/\" >recently raised a massive $200 million funding round<\/a> led by\u00a0Valiant Capital Management that put the company&#8217;s valuation at $2.5 billion. It had previously\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/paidcontent.org\/2012\/05\/17\/confirmed-pinterest-is-taking-100-million-and-will-do-e-commerce\/\" >raised $100 million in May 2012<\/a>.
