IMS Health<\/strong>, a Parsippany, N.J.-based healthcare industry data firm, has acquired Appature<\/strong>, a Seattle-based software company that had raised roughly $10 million, including from Madrona Venture Group<\/strong> and Ignition Partners<\/strong>. PARSIPPANY, NJ, March 12, 2013 \u2013 IMS Health has acquired Appature, a leading Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) company based in Seattle, to further expand its commercial services capabilities for life sciences and healthcare organizations. Appature offers clients an innovative and patented cloud-based relationship marketing platform to address the complexities of today\u2019s multi-stakeholder healthcare environment, and enable the measurement and optimization of relationship marketing programs across channels.<\/p>\n
