Jachim<\/strong> as a managing director in its Chicago office and as leader of the investment banking group.<\/p>\n

\nis proud to announce that Mr. Nick P. Jachim has joined the firm as a
\nManaging Director in its Chicago office and as leader of the Investment
\nBanking Group.<\/p>\n

Mr. Jachim has 25 years of experience providing advice on a wide range
\nof topics including mergers and acquisitions, transaction structuring,
\nstrategic alternatives, deal negotiation and execution to public
\ncorporations, privately held companies, family businesses, and
\nportfolio companies of private equity funds.<\/p>\n

Prior to joining SRR, Mr. Jachim was a Managing Director in the Chicago
\noffice of KPMG Corporate Finance, where he most recently served as
\nleader of the Consumer Markets group. His comprehensive industry
\nexperience includes food & beverage, consumer products, retail,
\nagriculture, distribution, industrial markets, automotive, business
\nservices, healthcare, and financial services. In addition to his
\ninvestment banking background, Mr. Jachim has performed numerous
\nbusiness valuation, fairness opinion, and restructuring projects for
\nhis clients.<\/p>\n

Mr. Jachim earned his M.B.A. in Finance & Accounting from the
\nUniversity Of Chicago and A.B. in Economics from Princeton University.<\/p>\n

Mr. Jachim is a FINRA registered representative and holds Series 7, 63,
\n24, and 79 licenses.<\/p>\n
