Textura Plans to Conduct Registered Initial Public\u00a0 Offering of its Common Stock<\/p>\n

Chicago, IL \u2014 March 18th, 2013 \u2013 Textura Corporation announced today that it plans
\nto conduct a registered initial public offering of its common stock.<\/p>\n

The offering is expected to commence after the SEC completes the review process
\ninitiated by Textura\u2019s earlier confidential submission under the JOBS Act of its draft
\nregistration statement. The number of shares to be offered and the price range for the
\noffering have not yet been determined.<\/p>\n

This announcement is being made pursuant to and in accordance with Rule 135 under the
\nSecurities Act of 1933. As required by Rule 135, this press release does not constitute an
