Since that time, Jobs has largely been proven right since the <a href=\"http:\/\/bgr.com\/2011\/12\/07\/as-adobe-flash-fades-from-mobile-phones-html5-adoption-already-exploding\/\">mobile industry has moved on from Flash as a video platform in favor of HTML5<\/a>, the open-source alternative that Jobs predicted would &#8220;win on mobile devices&#8221; going forward.
