The decision to include such a tool paid off for the company, which <a href=\"http:\/\/bgr.com\/2012\/12\/18\/blackberry-10-apps-70000-257803\/\">launched its new platform with more than 70,000 apps<\/a>. BlackBerry recently announced that\u00a0its app store is now home to <a href=\"http:\/\/bgr.com\/2013\/03\/21\/blackberry-10-apps-milestone-2013-389007\/\">more than 100,000 BlackBerry 10 applications<\/a>, and it has been revealed that only 20% are ported from Android.
