Samsung&#8217;s acknowledgement of potential risks in seeking a retrial comes just weeks after Judge Lucy Koh substantially <a href=\"http:\/\/bgr.com\/2013\/03\/01\/apple-samsung-patent-trial-award-355526\/\">reduced the damages the company had to pay to Apple down to just under $600 million<\/a>.
