First off the bat is the Ma Bell offering full HD Voice service for its customers later this year. AT&amp;T senior VP <em>Kris Rinne<\/em> asserts that &#8220;<em>HD Voice is part of our voice over LTE strategy<\/em>&#8220;. The reasoning, you ask?
