Concord, MA \u2014 April 2, 2013 \u2014 ProcessUnity, a privately-held risk management software company, today announced that it secured $5 million in a Series C round led by Rose Park Advisors\u2019 Disruptive Innovation Fund. The funding will support the company\u2019s rapid growth and expand marketing and sales of its SaaS solutions.<\/p>\n

The company offers two distinct solutions: Risk Suite and Service Delivery Risk Management (SDRM).
