Overall, the event will deliver inspiration to those who have the <a href=\"http:\/\/blog.ted.com\/2013\/03\/26\/the-courage-to-believe-change-is-possible-a-qa-with-melinda-gates\/\">courage to believe that change is possible<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The event, hosted by Melinda Gates, will begin at 9 am (PDT) at the Gates Foundation Campus in Seattle, Washington. The 90 minute program will stream live online at\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.ted.com\/pages\/tedxchange_webcast\">TED.com\u00a0<\/a>and\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/tedxchange.org\/\">TEDxChange.org.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Why should you be one of the many people watching TEDxChange live?<b><\/b><\/p>\n<p><strong>The theme: Positive Disruption.<\/strong>\u00a0We all want our world to be a better place to live in.
