North Castle Partners<\/strong> has invested an undisclosed amount of growth capital into Ignite USA<\/strong>, a developer and marketer of reusable, environmentally friendly thermal mugs and hydration bottles.

\nPartners and its co-investors announced today that they have completed an
\ninvestment of growth capital in Ignite USA, LLC (“Ignite”), a leading developer
\nand marketer of reusable, environmentally friendly thermal mugs and hydration
\nbottles. North Castle is a leading private equity firm focused on investments in
\nconsumer-driven companies that promote Healthy, Active and Sustainable Living.
\nThe terms of the investment, which is being made in partnership with CEO Sami
\nEl-Saden, were not disclosed.<\/p>\n

Through its Contigo and Avex brands, Ignite has successfully created a diverse
\nportfolio of innovative products that appeal to an extremely loyal and expanding
\nconsumer base. Ignite has a strong global presence and currently sells its
\nproducts in over 50 countries across club, mass, sporting goods, specialty,
\ndirect-to-consumer, and exclusive strategic partnerships. <\/p>\n
