A class action lawsuit was filed last year after five software engineers claimed the companies, which also included\u00a0Intel (<a href=\"http:\/\/finance.yahoo.com\/q?s=005930.KS&amp;ql=0\">INTC<\/a>), Adobe (<a href=\"http:\/\/finance.yahoo.com\/q?s=ADBE&amp;ql=0\">ADBE<\/a>), Pixar, Intuit (<a href=\"http:\/\/finance.yahoo.com\/q?s=INTU&amp;ql=0\">INTU<\/a>) and Lucasfilm, conspired to reduce employee pay by eliminating competition for skilled labor. District Judge Lucy Koh previously <a href=\"http:\/\/bgr.com\/2012\/04\/19\/no-poaching-antitrust-case-against-apple-google-and-others-will-go-to-trial\/\">rejected the companies\u2019 bid to dismiss the claims<\/a> brought against them, however the judge seems to have changed her mind. Koh said on Friday that the five software engineers who brought the case against the companies have not yet shown enough evidence against the defendants to allow for a class action lawsuit, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.reuters.com\/article\/2013\/04\/05\/us-apple-google-lawsuit-idUSBRE9340GN20130405\"><em>Reuters<\/em> reported<\/a>.
