The National Highway Traffic Safety Association revealed that the number of teens who use a mobile device while driving has doubled since 2010 to two out of every five, <a href=\"http:\/\/arstechnica.com\/tech-policy\/2013\/04\/laws-against-cell-phone-use-while-driving-cant-curb-teen-texters\/\"><em>ArsTechnica<\/em> reported<\/a>.
