It gets decent fuel economy, is fun to drive and is small enough that you can generally park it anywhere. But crossing a lake? That&#8217;s a bit much even for a Beetle. If you&#8217;re a redneck though and you&#8217;ve got a crowd of drunk spectators goading you on, well then, I suppose anything is possible.
