{"id":653320,"date":"2013-04-19T02:49:54","date_gmt":"2013-04-19T06:49:54","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/betanews.com\/?p=144348"},"modified":"2013-04-19T02:49:54","modified_gmt":"2013-04-19T06:49:54","slug":"defraggler-2-14-checks-multiple-drives","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mereja.media\/index\/653320","title":{"rendered":"Defraggler 2.14 checks multiple drives"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/betanews.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/12\/Hard-Drive-300x200.jpg\" alt=\"\" title=\"Hard Drive\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-51602\" \/>Piriform has released\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.downloadcrew.com\/article\/14851-defraggler\" >Defraggler 2.14.705<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.downloadcrew.com\/article\/134-defraggler_portable\" >Defraggler Portable 2.14.705<\/a>, a minor, but noteworthy, update of its freeware defragging tool that allows users to both defrag entire drives and individual files.<\/p>\n<p>Version 2.14 adds support for UDF file systems, plus allows users to defrag their drive\u2019s free space on a schedule while also improving its search tools and navigation.<\/p>\n<p>Users can now schedule the Defraggler 2.14 to defrag a drive\u2019s free space at set intervals: simply select Settings &gt; Schedule, then enable a schedule for the selected drive and choose Freespace or Freespace (allow fragmentation) from the \u2018Defrag type:\u2019 dropdown menu.<\/p>\n<p>Multiple drives can now be analysed with a single click too: simply select the drives from the top pane using the [Ctrl] or [Shift] keys, then click the Analyze button to perform an analysis on each drive in turn.
