Stanton dismissed Viacom&#8217;s lawsuit and said that a safe-harbor provision within the\u00a0Digital Millennium Copyright Act protects\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/bgr.com\/tag\/youtube\">YouTube<\/a> from copyright infringement charges.
