Trilantic Capital Partners<\/strong> and Riverstone Holdings<\/strong> have invested in Trail Ridge Energy Partners II<\/strong>. Financial terms weren’t announced. Trail Ridge is a newly-formed oil and gas exploration and production company focused primarily in the Permian Basin in West Texas.\u00a0 Stifel Nicolau<\/strong>s advised Trail Ridge in regards to financing.<\/p>\n

Trilantic Capital Partners (\u201cTrilantic\u201d) and Riverstone Holdings (\u201cRiverstone\u201d) today announced an investment in Trail Ridge Energy Partners II (\u201cTrail Ridge\u201d or the \u201cCompany\u201d), a newly-formed oil and gas exploration and production company focused primarily in the Permian Basin in West Texas.\u00a0 Trail Ridge will be led by CEO Ron D. Wade, a petroleum engineer and experienced oil & gas entrepreneur with a track record of shareholder value creation.\u00a0 Ron has assembled a management team of highly experienced and skilled energy professionals to help the Company pursue its growth strategy.\u00a0 Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
