But while this may sound like a big investment for the hugely popular content distributor, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.theatlanticwire.com\/technology\/2013\/04\/netflix-subscribers-house-of-cards\/64458\/\">analysis from <em>The Atlantic Wire<\/em><\/a> shows that it may just be a drop in the bucket in the bigger scheme of things. According to <em>The Atlantic Wire&#8217;s<\/em> calculations, <a href=\"http:\/\/bgr.com\/tag\/netflix\">Netflix<\/a> has already earned its $100 million back &#8220;by adding more than 2 million U.S. subscribers this quarter\u00a0and another 1 million elsewhere in the world,&#8221; thus <a href=\"http:\/\/bgr.com\/2012\/01\/04\/netflixs-first-original-series-lilyhammer-premiers-february-6th-video\/\">giving Netflix a strong incentive to produce more original content<\/a> going forward.
