Where have you been all my life?,&#8217; &#8221; Andreessen said during a keynote presentation at the she++ conference, according <a href=\"http:\/\/techcrunch.com\/2013\/04\/20\/marc-andreessen-the-world-would-be-much-better-if-we-had-50-more-silicon-valleys\/\">to<em> TechCrunch<\/em><\/a>.
