{"id":655456,"date":"2013-05-01T09:43:52","date_gmt":"2013-05-01T13:43:52","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.webpronews.com\/?p=227654"},"modified":"2013-05-01T09:43:52","modified_gmt":"2013-05-01T13:43:52","slug":"worker-dies-in-blender-at-meat-processing-plant","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mereja.media\/index\/655456","title":{"rendered":"Worker Dies In Blender At Meat Processing Plant"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>In a tragic accident in Oregon, a man <a href=\"http:\/\/www.boston.com\/business\/news\/2013\/04\/30\/worker-dies-blender-oregon-meat-plant\/jeW6iSkzGetx5Td7h6LIlI\/story.html?rss_id=Most+Popular\">fell into an industrial-sized blender<\/a> at a meat packing plant last Friday while cleaning it and died. <\/p>\n<p>41-year old Hugo Avalos-Chanon, an employee of DCS Sanitation Management, died of blunt-force trauma and &#8220;chopping wounds&#8221; after becoming tangled up in the blender. Officials say there was an emergency stop button, but by the time another employee was able to push it, Avalos-Chanon was already dead.
