This includes a number of countries across Europe and Asia. <\/p>\n<p>Many of these countries, including  India, China, Nepal, and Pakistan consider the 1st of May a public holiday. Most offices, banks, schools, etc. remain closed. <\/p>\n<p>Here in the U.S., Labor Day is not celebrated until September.
