The Resolute Fund, L.P., an affiliate of The Jordan Company, today announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to sell Reinhold Holdings, Inc. (\u201cReinhold\u201d) to HEICO Corporation (NYSE: HEI.A and HEI). Reinhold is a leading manufacturer of advanced custom composite components and complex composite assemblies for commercial aviation, defense and space applications. Financial details of the transaction, which is subject to customary closing conditions, were not disclosed.
\nAcquired by The Jordan Company in 2006 and headquartered in Santa Fe Springs, California, Reinhold produces high-quality, heat resistant, advanced custom composite components and assemblies. Reinhold provides its customers with product integrity, weight reduction and resilience in highly- demanding environments. Its commercial aviation products are primarily composite passenger seating solutions for existing and next-generation large and regional jet aircraft. Its defense and space products serve fail-safe, mission-critical roles for the rocket-propulsion industry.
