According to <a href=\"http:\/\/www.calcalist.co.il\/internet\/articles\/0,7340,L-3602113,00.html\">Israel-based newspaper <em>Calcalist<\/em><\/a>, Facebook is in the late stages of acquisition talks with Israeli social navigation service <a href=\"http:\/\/bgr.com\/tag\/waze\">Waze<\/a> and the deal could be worth between $800 million and $1 billion.
