According to research from Canalys, shipments increased 37.4% year-over-year to reach 308.7 units. <a href=\"http:\/\/bgr.com\/tag\/android\">Android<\/a> manufacturers continue to ship more devices than any other vendor, totaling 59.5% of all shipments.
