Instead, <a href=\"http:\/\/bgr.com\/tag\/ibm\">IBM<\/a> will partner with a number of companies including\u00a0ANZ Bank, Nielsen, Celcom, IHS, and Royal Bank of Canada, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.forbes.com\/sites\/bruceupbin\/2013\/05\/21\/ibms-watson-now-a-customer-service-agent-coming-to-smartphones-soon\/\"><em>Forbes<\/em> reports<\/a>\u00a0to have Watson\u00a0power customer service systems for these companies.
