The funding round, which <a href=\"http:\/\/allthingsd.com\/20130529\/roku-raises-a-60-million-round-led-by-fidelity-to-fight-for-the-living-room\/?mod=atdtweet\">was first reported by AllThingsD<\/a>, is led by new investor Fidelity.
