Currently, the stock is down 22% to $3.89 a share.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><span><a href=\"http:\/\/www.reuters.com\/article\/idUSTRE5B62MJ20091207?type=globalMarketsNews\">Reuters<\/a>: The Dallas-based chain, which is being investigated by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission over the accounting practices that led it to restate its 2008 and 2009 earnings , gave no update on those proceedings.
