{"id":69943,"date":"2009-12-31T05:00:00","date_gmt":"2009-12-31T10:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/news.directindustry.com\/press\/steinert-elektromagnetbau-gmbh\/steinert-sensor-sorters-are-launched-61421-336718.html"},"modified":"2009-12-31T05:00:00","modified_gmt":"2009-12-31T10:00:00","slug":"steinert-sensor-sorters-are-launched","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mereja.media\/index\/69943","title":{"rendered":"Steinert Sensor Sorters are launched"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Over 65 delegates from the mining industry, waste and recycling, engineering companies and representatives from local, state and federal governments and organizations enjoyed a discovery trip into the future of separation technology. <\/p>\n<p>A very successful occasion was enjoyed by the visitors who witnessed Steinert&#8217;s Induction (ISS) and X-ray (XSS) sensor sorters being put to work on a range of sample materials following an informative technical presentation. <\/p>\n<p>The demonstrations included sorting materials from shredder product, upgrading nickel ore, separating sandstone from kimberlite and removing metal and non-metal contaminants from woodchips and magnetite ore. <\/p>\n<p>Following the demonstrations, visitors were free to view other Steinert products on display within the production area while they enjoyed refreshments in the true German spirit.
