Even if you&#8217;re not in Texas you can help support this wonderful organization and enter to win some great prizes including a 42 inch flat panel TV or one of 10 gift cards valued at $50 each from businesses like Barnes &amp; Noble, Chili\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s, The Container Store, Lowe\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s, Olive Garden, Petsmart, Starbucks, Target, and Whole Foods Market. Tickets are just $2 each and can be purchased via the <a href=\"http:\/\/shadowcats.net\/events.php\" >Shadow Cat website<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Established in 1997, Shadow Cats is a non-profit organization in central Texas dedicated to improving the lives of feral (or, as they like to call them, \u00e2\u20ac\u0153scarel\u00e2\u20ac\u009d), stray, and abandoned cats \u00e2\u20ac\u201d especially those deemed \u00e2\u20ac\u0153unadoptable.\u00e2\u20ac\u009d Founders Sheila Smith and her husband Roy (a veterinarian) \u00e2\u20ac\u201d along with a crew of about 40 volunteers \u00e2\u20ac\u201d are also involved in TNR efforts in the area. The Shadow Cats sanctuary has a room dedicated to cats with Feline Leukemia, equipped with its own <a title=\"Kitty Cam at Shadow Cats Rescue\" onclick=\"javascript:pageTracker._trackPageview('\/outgoing\/www.shadowcats.net\/cam.html');\" href=\"http:\/\/shadowcats.net\/kitty-cam.php\" >kitty cam<\/a> so you can keep an eye on everyone while you work. It\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s very fun to watch!
