I&#8217;ve finally got everything worked out as far as insulin doses etc. and now I actually have started to gain weight, first time in 3 years of knowing I was diabetic.  I run or bike 6 days a week but still am gaining some unwanted weight.  I&#8217;m wondering what others use for snacks to get you through the day that are low in calories and fat but have the few carbs to pick you up.  Any ideas would be great.
